4. CONSEQUENCES OF AN EVENTUAL REFUSAL TO ANSWER

g) the indication: 1. of the origin of the personal data; 2. the categories of personal data processed; 3. the purposes and methods of processing; 4. of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; 5. the identification details of the Data Controller and any data supervisors; 6. the period of storage of your personal data or the criteria useful for determining this period; 7. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees pursuant to art. 4 of the Privacy Code / persons authorized to process data in the name and on behalf of the Owner pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR; 8. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 9. the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 10. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.

8. The User also has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, Users can send a communication to the Holder's e-mail address, as per the previous art. 1, indicating "Privacy - exercise of rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ex art. 15 and ss. of the GDPR ”. Duration of processing and storage of personal data The User's personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the sole period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in article 3 above, after which they will only be kept in compliance with legal obligations in force on the subject, for administrative purposes and / or to assert or defend a right, in the event of disputes and pre-litigation. Personal data processed to send newsletters, on the other hand, will be processed until the Data Controller receives the revocation of the consent that the User may have provided.
